This boreal spices blend is partly composed of spices from the northern Innu tradition and a blend of herbs, chilli and garlic inspired by European cuisine. It is perfect to give back a wild side to grilled or simmered meats. Aromatic, with a resinous and fiery taste reminiscent of the forest from where it comes. It can be used in baked vegetable recipes, vinaigrette, sauces and pork or chicken dishes.
Ingredients : Haskap berries, onion, garlic, sea salt, pine, myric, dune pepper, kombu, mora pepper, melino, Labrador tea.
Store up to 2 years before and after opening in the pantry.
