L’Imparfait Passe-Tout-Grains is a little project by David McMillan and the Hinterland family.
This red release of L’imparfait Négociant is a blend of Gamay Noir, Pinot Noir and Syrah with a tiny splash of Savagnin. The label art is by one of Canada’s best loved contemporary painters Kim Dorland who graciously let us use his painting 'let the end begin'. This blended wine is assembled to be simple and delicious in the style of classic Passe-Tout-Grains wines of Burgundy.
Chill this one down, and guzzle it!
