Curious about the world of natural wine? Want to learn about our Terroir and sip some local Quebecois and Canadian wines? Join us for an evening of wine tasting and enjoy bites from Épicerie Conserva, a local fine foods grocer and discover a few Canadian natty wine favourites.
Curated by the wine influencers duo behind The Beau Joe, Mikko’s newest wine offering will be available in store as of March 28th – and the pair will be there in person to host an interactive tasting and explain the wines.
Food served will be the creation of Épicerie Conserva, a grazing table style apéro for guests to enjoy, paired with the wines of the evening. John Borros and Massimo Vincilli are the brains behind Conserva, being two alumni of restaurant Hoogan & Beaufort. They combined their passion for cuisine with their philosophy that local, organic and homemade is always best.
