Made in micro-batches from cacoa beans cultivated in the Lam Dong province - a hilly woodland at the edge of the Vietnamese Central Highlands between Managua and Bao Loc. It has won numerous awards and has flavour notes of balsamic, bread and raisins, with a black cherry finish.
