Macération is a blend of:
5 barrels of Savagnin - 21 days skin contact - spontaneous fermentation - 8 months in neutral barrels.
3 barrels of Chardonnay - whole cluster pressed - spontaneous ferment - barrel fermented - neutral barrels
2 barrels of Gewurztraminer - 24 days skin contact - spontaneous fermentation- 8 months in neutral barrel
Format: 750 ml
Serving temperature: 7-11 degrees
