Poiré Plat Du domaine des Salamandres


Poiré Plat, as its name suggests, tastes like pear and has no effervescence. With a beautiful golden colour, this product will serve perfectly as a dessert wine without being sweet. Ideal to accompany a pan-fried foie gras or poached pear.


Cultivated in Hemmingford, Qc. 

Aromas of fresh pear and apple and honey

Dry and mineral white wine from natural vinification

Grape varieties: Vidal

13.5% alc./vol

4.5g/litre de sucre

Serving temperature: 7 et 10 degrees
